Early view of Berry St and the Beehive Pub as you enter Stormy Corner from the Tawd Vale pub, and how it looks now from virtually the same spot! You can just make out the white lines in the road.
If you cut through the trees from the subway under Neverstich Road (between Stanley Island and Half Mile Island) this is where the old Berry Street used to run and this photo shows all that is left of it. Further up in the distance through the trees lies a few piles of rubble what is left of the quiet sleepy village.
